Order cancellation can be done till the order has not been dispatched. Please email us mentioning your Order ID. 

The refund will be credited back to the payment mode/account that was originally used to make the transaction within 7-15 days.

  • Our return policy allows for returns within a 3-day window.
  • To qualify for a return, the item must be unused and in the same condition as when you received it, with the original packaging and tags.
  • Items must be unwashed, free of stains, deodorant, or wear.
  • As part of our commitment to customer satisfaction and to streamline the return process, we require customers to provide a brief video recording while opening the package. This video will serve as a verification step to ensure the condition of the items upon receipt.
  • Package should include a copy of your proof of purchase.
  • Your first order is eligible for exchange or return, with the possibility of receiving a refund.
  • Please note that exchanged products are not eligible for a second exchange or refund.
  • Please note that if you return the wrong or a different product to our warehouse, we won’t be held responsible.
  • We will arrange a reverse pickup when feasible, with only one reverse pickup offered per order. If reverse pickup service is unavailable in your area, you may be required to send the product(s) back to us via a reliable courier service at your own expense. In such cases, please ensure that the items are securely packaged to prevent damage during transit.
  • If approved, your refund will be processed and credited to your original payment source, or your bank account within 7-10 working days.
  • Once we receive and inspect your return, we will contact you to inform you whether your refund is approved or rejected.
  • Exclusion of Wear and Tear

    1.1 Definition of Wear and Tear: “Wear and Tear” refers to the natural and expected deterioration of a product that occurs with regular use over time. This includes but is not limited to:

    • Fading of colors/prints
    • Pilling of fabrics
    • Stretching or loss of elasticity
    • Shrinking
    • Minor fraying of seams or edges

    1.2 Policy on Wear and Tear: XTREMEX does not cover damage or deterioration that falls under the category of normal wear and tear. As such, these issues are excluded from any warranty claims or returns.

Exchange (if applicable):

  • If you need to exchange for a different size or color of the same item, our team will assist in processing your exchange. There are no additional charges for exchange orders. Exchanging for a different item is not applicable.
  • In the event that the desired size for an exchange is unavailable, we regret to inform you that a refund will not be possible.
  • The time it takes for your exchanged product to reach you may vary depending on your location.
  • Once we receive the returned item, please allow 2 business days for our team to inspect the product.
  • Please note that we dispatch the exchanged product only after thorough inspection and approval of the returned item.
  • We appreciate your patience as this process may take some time, but we want to ensure that each item meets our quality standards.
  • If your pin code is not within our serviceable area, meaning our delivery agents cannot pick up the product, you will need to self-ship the item

Terms and Conditions for Lever Belt Purchases

1. Non-Refundable Policy

All purchases of lever belts are final. We do not offer refunds for any lever belt purchases under any circumstances.

2. Exchange Policy

We understand that finding the perfect fit is important. Therefore, we offer an exchange policy for lever belts under the following conditions:

  • Exchange Eligibility: Lever belts can be exchanged for a different size only.
  • Time Frame: Exchanges must be requested within 2 days of the original purchase date.
  • Condition: The belt must be in its original, unused condition with all tags and packaging intact.
  • Exchange Process:
    1. Contact our customer service team at +919871775248 to initiate the exchange process.
    2. Provide your order number and specify the size you wish to exchange the belt for.
    3. Once the exchange is approved, you will receive instructions on how to return the original belt.

3. Shipping Costs

  • Original Purchase: Shipping costs for the original purchase are non-refundable.
  • Return Shipping: The customer is responsible for the cost of shipping the original belt back to us for the exchange.
  • Exchange Shipping: We will cover the cost of shipping the new belt to you after the exchange has been processed.

4. Limitations

  • One-Time Exchange: Each lever belt is eligible for one exchange only. Subsequent requests for exchanges on the same belt will not be accepted.
  • Availability: Exchange requests are subject to the availability of the requested size. If the desired size is not available, we will notify you and provide alternative options.

Return policy (for combat equipments)

 

If you receive an item that is defective, incorrect, or you believe that you are missing an item: please email cmatimes25@gmail.com within two (2) days of delivery. Include a photo and description of the issue along with your Order Number

*Replacement/Return is possible for manufacturing defects only.

How to return an online order?

Write to cmatimes25@gmail.com with order id, products being returned, along with valid tracking id & courier name with which order is being shipped

  • Damaged, defective, or incorrect items must be reported within 2 business days of delivery.
  • Items should be unused, unwashed and in its original packaging.
  • Items must be free of stains, deodorant, or wear.
  • Items  should be shipped by a company that offers tracking facilities, and require the recipient to sign upon delivery.
  • The customer will be responsible for shipping the item back to CMA equipments prior to any refund being issued. Customer is also responsible for shipping costs associated with product return.
  • Package should include a copy of your proof of purchase.
  • Items to be returned within 15 days of the delivery date.
  • Ship your package with a carrier that can provide tracking and insurance. (CMA EQUIPMENTS is not responsible for packages lost in transit).
  • Due to the nature of Shorts, we strictly do not accept returns or exchanges for any reason. This policy ensures the highest standards of hygiene and protects the health and safety of our customers.

REFUNDS

Refunds will be credited by the same method in which items were originally purchased within 15-20  working days from the date of courier being received in our warehouse
