CONSTRUCTION :

• Weighted core covered in soft dense form
• Multiple handles are stitched along the sides and top of the foam tire which allows for a variety of grips and exercises

Note: this tyre is not to be used with a sledge hammer, it is not to be dragged on concrete or outdoor surfaces, we recommend using this item on commercial grade rubber floor tiles, EVA jigsaw mats or Astro turf.
