How to return an online order?
Write to firstname.lastname@example.org with order id, products being returned, along with valid tracking id & courier name with which order is being shipped
- Damaged, defective, or incorrect items must be reported within 2 business days of delivery.
- Items should be unused, unwashed and in its original packaging.
- Items must be free of stains, deodorant, or wear.
- Items should be shipped by a company that offers tracking facilities, and require the recipient to sign upon delivery.
- The customer will be responsible for shipping the item back to CMA equipments prior to any refund being issued. Customer is also responsible for shipping costs associated with product return.
- Package should include a copy of your proof of purchase.
- Items to be returned within 15 days of the delivery date.
- Ship your package with a carrier that can provide tracking and insurance. (CMA EQUIPMENTS is not responsible for packages lost in transit).
Please note : In the event that any customer returns any item(s) to CMA EQUIPMENTS without adhering to these guidelines, CMA reserves the right to refuse delivery acceptance or to deny refunding the customer.

Refunds will be credited by the same method in which items were originally purchased within 15-20 working days from the date of courier being received in our warehouse
