RETURN & REFUND POLICY (APPAREL ONLY)

We want you to enjoy a hassle-free shopping experience.

100% Money-Back Guarantee – Applicable on Apparel Only (Terms Apply)

  • Orders must be prepaid. COD orders are not eligible for this guarantee.
  • Partial payments, token amounts, or advance booking payments are non-refundable, even if the order is rejected, cancelled, or returned to our warehouse under any circumstances.
  • Return requests must be initiated within 3 days of delivery.
  • Items must be unused, unwashed, and in original packaging with tags attached.

This guarantee does not cover:

  • COD orders
  • Sale items and combo / bundle offers
  • Returns requested after 3 days of delivery
  • Products showing signs of wear, wash, stains, or damage
  • Missing tags or packaging
  • Normal wear and tear (see exclusions below)
  • Partial payments / advance booking amounts

  • For eligible prepaid apparel orders, we provide free returns and exchanges.
  • COD orders are eligible only for exchange (size or color of the same product). Refunds are not issued for COD orders.

Important Return Conditions:

  • Exchange requests must be initiated within 7 days of delivery. Return requests must be initiated within 3 days of delivery.
  • Items must be in the same condition as received (unworn, unwashed, free of stains, deodorant marks, and damage).
  • Items must be sent back in original packaging with tags and proof of purchase.
  • A video recording while opening the package is required to validate the condition of returned products.
  • Your first order is eligible for a return or exchange. Exchanged products are not eligible for a second return or exchange.
  • If you return the wrong or a different product, XTREMEX/CMA EQUIPMENTS will not be held responsible.

Reverse Pickup & Self-Shipping:

  • We will arrange one reverse pickup per order when feasible.
  • If reverse pickup is unavailable in your area, you must self-ship the product via a reliable courier. Please ensure the package is securely packed and tracking is provided.

Refund Process:

  • Once the returned product is received and inspected, your refund will be processed within 7–10 working days to the original payment method or bank account.
  • Refunds will not be issued for items failing to meet the conditions above.

EXCLUSIONS – WEAR & TEAR

“Wear and tear” refers to natural deterioration due to regular use over time. This includes but is not limited to:

  • Fading of colors or prints
  • Pilling of fabrics
  • Loss of elasticity
  • Shrinkage
  • Minor fraying at seams

These issues are not covered under our return or money-back guarantee.


EXCHANGE POLICY (APPAREL)

  • An exchanged product can be replaced with the same product or another product of equal or higher price (price difference, if any, must be paid by the customer).
  • If the desired size/color is unavailable, a refund will not be issued.
  • Exchanged items will only be dispatched after the returned product has been inspected and approved.
  • Shipping timelines for exchanges depend on customer location.
  • For apparel, if more than one return or exchange request is made for the same order, the customer will be responsible for all additional shipping charges.

LEVER BELT POLICY

Non-Refundable:

  • All lever belt purchases are final and are not eligible for refunds.

Exchange Conditions:

  • Only size exchanges are allowed, requested within 7 days of delivery.
  • The belt must be unused and in original packaging.
  • Customers are responsible for shipping costs to return the original belt.
  • XTREMEX will cover the cost of shipping the replacement belt.
  • Only one exchange per belt is allowed.
  • Exchanges are subject to availability.

FREEBIE POLICY

  • One free item per eligible order (regardless of value).
  • Free items cannot be returned, exchanged, or redeemed for cash/credit.
  • If a qualifying order is cancelled or partially returned and the remaining value does not meet the eligibility criteria, the free item must also be returned.
  • If the free item is not returned, its MRP will be deducted from the final refund.
  • Offer is valid while stocks last.
  • Free items do not carry warranty or after-sales service.

COMBAT EQUIPMENT POLICY

  • Returns/exchanges are only allowed for manufacturing defects.
  • Defects must be reported within 2 days of delivery at cmatimes25@gmail.com, along with images and order details.
  • Items must be unused, unwashed, and returned in original packaging with proof of purchase.
  • Customer must self-ship defective items via a trackable courier.
  • Returns must be received within 15 days of delivery.
  • Shorts are not eligible for return or exchange due to hygiene reasons.

REFUNDS (All Categories)

  • Refunds are processed via the original payment method within 15–20 working days from the date we receive your return at our warehouse.
  • Returned items undergo a quality check before refunds are approved.
  • XTREMEX/CMA EQUIPMENTS reserves the right to reject refunds for items returned without meeting the stated conditions.
  • Partial payments, token amounts, or advance booking payments are non-refundable, even if the order is rejected, cancelled, or returned to our warehouse under any circumstances.
