Orders are generally dispatched within 3–5 business days, subject to stock availability. If we are unable to fulfill an item in your order, we will notify you via email.

XTREMEX reserves the right to refuse or cancel any order placed for products listed at an incorrect price or for any other reason. This applies even if the order has been confirmed and/or payment has been received. Any payments made will be refunded, and the customer will be informed accordingly.

Complaints will not be entertained after 7 days from the date of delivery.

Heavy or bulk consignments that cannot be shipped via courier will be dispatched via transport. The receiving party must provide valid GSTIN, PAN, or Aadhaar ID for delivery. Please note: Shipping through transport is not possible without PAN or Aadhaar ID.

Our products must not be used for any illegal or unauthorized purpose, and you must comply with all applicable laws (including copyright laws) while using our services.

These Terms and Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. The place of jurisdiction shall be exclusively Delhi, India.
SHIPPING POLICY
We offer free shipping across India for all orders placed through the XTREMEX online store.

CANCELLATION POLICY

Orders can be cancelled before they are dispatched.

RETURN POLICY
If you receive a defective or incorrect item, or believe an item is missing from your order:

REFUND POLICY
